Some info on seismic data processing   The original seismic data were recorded or in analog form (magnetic tape FM-recordings, up to '90) or in digital form (floppy discs), after the first digital data-loggers became available in the '90s. -------------------------------------------------------
ANALOG data (FM recordings) The italian data were first collected, in Italy and in Europe, and then properly digitized, using an ad-hoc procedure. The final step was the Ascii data file transfer to a local PC.     The whole process is described here [www].	DIGITAL data Atfer the acquisition of 20 Lennartz M88/FD data-loggers in the '90, for some years the italian seismic profiles have been carried out in mixed diployments, using both analog and digital data-loggers.     The data processing of such data-files, used a set of new software modules, furnished by the Lennartz and/or self written.
